Dan's Bio: In 2020, Dan, President of The Genesis Company, purchased a 30-year-old company and transformed it into a globally recognized consumer products commercialization on firm. Under his leadership, the company introduced multiple award-winning products and services that have tripled its revenue since the acquisition. This transformation has elevated Genesis into an award-winning sales and marketing firm, earning prestigious accolades such as Inc Magazine’s list three times, Sales Firm of the Year in 2024, and a Global Award for its industry’s Amazon division.
Dan’s background is a testament to his resilience and determination. Growing up in a town of 2,000 people, he faced significant challenges early in life: he was paralyzed at age six, and his father passed away when he was 12. Despite long odds, Dan refused to become a statistic. He learned to walk again, eventually setting two state records in track and earning all-state honors in both football and track multiple times.
Driven by a goal to help as many people as possible, particularly children, Dan embraced the idea of being a "father to many" by preventing other kids from becoming statistics. In 2008, he left a thriving career at 3M to start a non-profit called "I Am 2." Through this organization, he built an orphanage in Uganda and provided clean water to the only pediatric hospital in Haiti at the time. However, Dan knew he could make an even greater impact by building a profitable company, using his own resources to drive change rather than relying on donations.
To date, The Genesis Company has fed over a million children, rescued 200 girls from human trafficking, supported over 100 kids with domestic abuse counseling, and helped Fraser raise a record-breaking amount for adolescent autism. His ultimate goal is to impact over 1 billion children in his lifetime.
